How long does delivery take?

Creating time: 3-7 days to be hand-painted by professional artist. The work you ordered was created by the artist of the original painting.
In the process of creating painting, Artist'll show you photos and videos with the painting you ordered. You'll be able to express all your wishes, for example about colors and shades. And artist'll make all the necessary changes. Only when you are completely satisfied with your painting, We will express it to you.
How are the artworks packaged?
Rolled paintings are packed carefully in a strong paper tube, Framed paintings are packed carefully in a quality wooden box.
Who takes care of the delivery?
Depending on the destination and the size of the work, we use delivery companies such as FedEx or DHL.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver everywhere, or in any case all countries that our delivery companies operate in! Any concerns? Do not hesitate to contact us, as we will be able to find a solution for delivery – even if you live on a desert island!

We will deliver to the address you gave on your order. Generally we set the delivery date with the person who will receive the work and whose name you gave. If it’s a surprise or a present, let us know!

We offer complimentary exchange for damaged item. If you have a damaged item during transportation, we thoroughly apologize, and ask that you send us a message and include your order number and a photo of your damaged artwork. Let us deal with courier companies. we will ship out the replacement just in a few days.

You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order to get a FULL refund, you only need to pay the freight for the return.

Please note the following is required for a returns request to be accepted:

- the artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and in appropriate packaging––ideally in its original packaging
- please note artworks must be carefully readied for return shipment in their original packaging in order to qualify for a refund
- it is important therefore that you take care when unpacking received artworks
For artworks that arrived damaged we ask for a photo of the damage to be provided so that we can learn more about what went wrong with our particular shipment.
*If the packaging was insufficient, please package to the best of your ability and be sure to take pictures for insurance purposes.
Please note: you have 30 days from receipt of the artwork in which to request a return and a further 14 days in which to fulfill it.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund. For PayPal and Shop-Pay account holders, up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear on your PayPal or Shop-Pay account.
